Closed-End Funds
Closed-end funds are actively managed investment companies. Closed-end funds are subject to various risks, including management's ability to meet the fund's investment objective, and to manage the portfolio when the underlying securities are redeemed or sold, during periods of market turmoil and as investors' perceptions regarding closed-end funds or their underlying investments change. Securities of foreign issuers held by the underlying funds in the trust present risks beyond those of U.S. issuers. These risks may include market and political factors related to the issuer's foreign market, international trade conditions, less regulation, smaller or less liquid markets, increased volatility, differing accounting practices and changes in the value of foreign currencies.

High Yield Securities
You should be aware that the trust is concentrated in closed-end funds which invest in High yield or "junk" bonds which involves additional risks, including limited diversification. Investing in high-yield bonds should be viewed as speculative and you should review your ability to assume the risks associated with investments that utilize such bonds. High-yield bonds are subject to numerous risks including higher interest rates, economic recession, deterioration of the junk bond market, possible downgrades and defaults of interest and/or principal. High-yield bond prices tend to fluctuate more than higher rated bonds and are affected by short-term credit developments to a greater degree. In addition, bonds typically fall in value when interest rates rise and rise in value when interest rates fall.

The distribution rate paid by the trust may be higher or lower than the amount shown above due to factors including, but not limited to, changes in the price of trust units, changes (including reductions) in distributions paid by issuers, changes in actual trust expenses and sales of securities in the portfolio.
