distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure.

performance of large- and mid-capitalization securities in emerging markets, including South Korea. The S&P Emerging Markets Dividend and Free Cash Flow Yield Index is designed
to measure constituents of the S&P Emerging Plus LargeMidCap that exhibit both high dividend yield
and sustainable distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure.

The FTSE All-Share Index is a capitalization-weighted index comprised
of approximately 600 of the more than 2,000 companies traded on the London Stock Exchange. It aggregates
the FTSE 100 Index, FTSE 250 Index and FTSE SmallCap Index. The FTSE All-World
Index is a market capitalization weighted index representing the performance of the large

LIBOR (London Inter-Bank Offer Rate) is the interest rate that banks
charge each other for loans (usually in Eurodollars). It is officially fixed once a day by a small group
of large London banks, but the rate changes throughout the day. The Russell
1000 Index represents the 1000 largest companies by market capitalization. The Russell 1000
typically comprises approximately 90% of the total market capitalization of all listed U.S. stocks. It
is considered a bellwether index for large cap investing.
