AAM S&P 500 High Dividend Value ETF
Surpasses $100 Million in AUM

MONUMENT, COLO.  — July 29, 2026 — Advisors Asset Management (AAM), a leading investment solutions provider, today announced that its AAM S&P 500 High Dividend Value ETF (NYSE: SPDV) has surpassed $100 million in assets under management (AUM), reflecting the continued strong demand for income-focused equity strategies.

SPDV targets high-dividend-paying companies within the S&P 500 that generate strong free cash flow to support those payouts. By combining dividend yield and free cash flow yield, the fund aims to identify businesses with resilient dividend profiles and the ability to maintain and grow dividend distributions across market cycles.

“Crossing the $100 million mark is more than just an asset milestone — it reflects a continued appreciation for disciplined dividend investing. We’re proud that investors are increasingly considering SPDV as part of a core equity allocation that seeks to combine the benefits of high dividend payers and cash flow generators,” said Lance McGray, Managing Director, Head of ETF Product at AAM.

SPDV's holdings are selected through a rules-based process with equal weighting across five stocks in each of the 11 GICS sectors. This structure is designed to help reduce concentration in large-cap names and rate-sensitive sectors such as utilities and staples that can dominate traditional dividend strategies.
