Randy PeggRandal (Randy) Pegg is Managing Director, Head of Internal Distribution at Advisors Asset Management, Inc (AAM). With 25 years in the financial service industry, Randy began his career at Smith Barney in 1995. In 1998, he joined AAM, building the first sales team focused exclusively on Registered Investment Advisors. In 2005, Randy took on the challenge of building out AAM’s Structured Products distribution platform, which posted sales of over $1 billion in just five years. Since then, Randy has held key management positions, helping to build and shape AAM sales and business strategies.

Randy has a passion for teaching and sales development and is responsible for creating and executing AAM’s internal sales growth strategy. He completed his undergraduate studies at Midwestern State University, where he received a B.S. in Finance and Economics. He currently resides with his wife and son in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX and holds the Series 3, 7, 24, 63, 65, and 66 FINRA licenses.

Matt LloydMatt Lloyd is Chief Investment Strategist, Executive Director Advisor Consulting Group at Advisors Asset Management Inc., a role he has held since 2006. Mr. Lloyd has over 25 years of industry experience and utilizes his expertise matching the dynamic and evolving political, economic and market trends both globally and domestically to narrow down their impact on the investment marketplace.

His passion is to decipher the often challenging macro events and how these events ultimately affect the individual investor. His insight is offered in his timely blog posts to the AAM website, www.aamlive.com. Mr. Lloyd has made guest appearances on leading business programs such as Bloomberg, FOX Business, CNBC and TD Advisor Network. Also, his commentary regularly appears in Investment News, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

Mr. Lloyd holds a degree in Economics with emphasis on Business, Math and Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Andrew MurrayAndrew Murray is Managing Director, Head of the Structured Product Sales at Advisors Asset Management, Inc. (AAM). Before joining AAM, Andrew spent 18 years in a variety of senior sales coverage and structuring roles for derivatives, structured products, and quantitative indexes referencing equities, interest rates, currencies, and commodities at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, and Bank of New York.

Andrew received his Bachelors in Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Villanova University. He holds security licenses from FINRA in Series 7, 63, 66, 3, and 24. He resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL with his wife, and three young children.

Nick WilliamsNick Williams is Executive Director of Internal Sales at Advisors Asset Management, Inc. (AAM). He began his career at AAM over 10 years ago as a sales consultant specializing in fixed income and portfolio construction and analysis. His sales experience covers a wide range of proprietary and third-party solutions, including Fixed Income, Structured Products, Unit Investment Trusts, Mutual Funds, SMAs, and ETFs. He is currently responsible for building and leading a sales team to distribute Asset Management Solutions into the independent broker-dealer, and RIA channels.

Nick completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M, College Station in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He is currently a Level III CFA Candidate and was nominated in 2020 for MMI’s (Money Management Institute) Leadership Pathway Program. He currently holds the Series 7, 66, & 24 FINRA licenses.
