* Represents the Unsubsidized Yield. The 30-day SEC Yield for an Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) is a standardized yield calculation developed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that reflects the income earned by the fund's portfolio over the past 30 days, net of expenses. It is calculated by taking the fund's net investment income, including interest and dividends, and dividing it by the fund's average net assets over the previous 30 days. This yield calculation provides investors with a snapshot of the fund's income-generating potential, taking into account expenses that impact yields, such as management fees and other operating costs. It is calculated by our Fund Administrator, US Bank. The unsubsidized yield figure reflects the dividends and interest earned during the period, after the deduction of the fund’s expenses.

The fund’s investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses must be considered carefully before investing. Risks: Common Stock Risk: An investment in common stocks should be made with an understanding of the various risks of owning common stock, such as an economic recession and the possible deterioration of either the financial condition of the issuers of the equity securities or the general condition of the stock market Foreign Securities Risk: Investments in securities of foreign companies, including through ADRs, involve certain risks that may not be present with investments in U.S. securities. Emerging markets Risks: Investments in securities and instruments traded in developing or emerging markets, or that provide exposure to such securities or markets, can involve additional risks relating to political, economic, or regulatory conditions not associated with investments in U.S. securities and instruments or investments in more developed international markets. Such conditions may impact the ability of the Fund to buy, sell or otherwise transfer securities, adversely affect the trading market and price for Shares and cause the Fund to decline in value. Geopolitical Risk: Some countries and regions in which the Fund invests have experienced security concerns, war or threats of war and aggression, terrorism, economic uncertainty, natural and environmental disasters and/or systemic market dislocations that have led, and in the future may lead, to increased short-term market volatility and may have adverse long-term effects on the U.S. and world economies and markets generally, each of which may negatively impact the Fund’s investments. Capital controls and/or sanctions may also impact the ability of the Fund to buy, sell or otherwise transfer securities or currency, negatively impact the value and/or liquidity of such instruments, adversely affect the trading market and price for Shares, and cause the Fund to decline in value. ADRs involve risks similar to those associated with investments in foreign securities, such as changes in political or economic conditions of other countries and changes in the exchange rates of foreign currencies. Active trading may increase the Fund’s transaction costs, affect performance, and increase your taxable distributions. New Fund Risk: The Fund is a recently organized investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors have no track record or history on which to base their investment decision. Management Risk: The Fund is actively managed and may not meet its investment objective based on the Adviser’s success or failure to implement investment strategies for the Fund. Sector Risk: To the extent the Fund invests more heavily in particular sectors of the economy, its performance will be especially sensitive to developments that significantly affect those sectors.

MSCI ACWI (all country world index) ex-US (Net) is designed to capture large and mid- cap representation across developed market countries (excluding the US) and emerging market countries and covers approximately 85% of the global equity opportunity set outside the US and takes into account the impact of foreign tax withholdings on dividend income.
